About Properties in Ahmedabad
Introduction to Ahmedabad
- Ahmedabad is Gujarat’s largest urban centre and a major residential, commercial, educational and industrial market, with established neighbourhoods and expanding residential areas.
- The city combines traditional housing around the old city with complexes, gated communities, independent houses, villas and plotted developments.
- The Sabarmati Riverfront, SG Highway, Sardar Patel Ring Road and expanding metro network are important landmarks shaping the city’s urban development.
- Bodakdev, Satellite, Vastrapur and Thaltej represent established western residential markets, while Gota, Chandkheda, Shela and South Bopal attract buyers seeking newer housing options at different price levels.
- Maninagar, Nikol and Vastral offer additional choices across eastern and southern residential corridors.
- Ahmedabad’s appeal rests partly on its comparatively affordable housing market among India’s major cities, although prices differ considerably by neighbourhood, project quality and property type.
