The number of amenities promised here is simply unmatched in the area. A sky cinema, Shia-salt spa, hydrotherapy, box cricket, etc which makes our home like a permanent vacation. We are getting a 2 BHK and were happy to see the construction quality looks so solid. Interiors are all american standard or similar, no compromises made on that. The concept of 30 acres of open space is amazing in a busy city like Chennai.

As we got to view the plans for the basketball court, tennis court, kho-kho, and kabaddi courts, we were so happy. It’s hard to find such dedicated sports infrastructure within a single township.
