  The building design is so beautiful on paper. I visited the sample flat, and the view of the Pagoda and the coastline is unparalleled in Kandivali. Living on the upper floor level will definitely make a difference.

  The 'E-Deck' on the 10th floor will be a highlight for my kids. The swimming pool and sports turf are well-maintained. It will keep my children away from the phone and teach them healthy habits.

  The only downside is that the surrounding roads get very congested during peak hours, but having the Metro station just 5 minutes away helps. Plus, the internal roads are really convenient.
