The layout of the 2 BHK is very efficient with zero wasted space. The 'no floor rise' offer they had during launch was a fantastic deal for someone wanting a higher floor. The higher floor has breathtaking views of Yeoor Hills. Unbelievable.

A very sophisticated community. The facility management keeps the premises spotless. My only concern is the traffic at Kapurbawdi junction during peak hours, but the new flyovers are helping. Amazing location.
