• Mayuresh Diwate: The project offers spacious 1 BHK housing units. Spread over 1-acre land parcel and has top-notch security amenities such as CCTVs, intercoms, and fire safety measures.
• Mukesh Nambiar: As this is a 20-floor construction, the views are still pretty decent, and it is in a prime location.
• Shardul Thakur: My college roommate convinced me to check this out since he's been living here happily for 6 months. The 1RK studio apartment is ridiculously tiny, barely fits a bed and kitchen counter, but honestly the layout is smartly designed with every inch utilized. Marathon's 52-year reputation and ready to move status means no waiting, which was huge relief. Only concern is Tembipada Road approach gets congested during peak hours. But roommate says actual charges are reasonable.
• Vikram Bhagat: My younger brother works night shifts in Powai IT park and needed an affordable bachelor pad near workplace. Marathon with ready possession solved his urgent requirement perfectly. LBS Marg proximity is really convenient for his office. The landscaped garden and play area might seem unnecessary for bachelor, but he says morning walks there help him.
• Rahul Bhide: My daughter got admission in nearby Pawar Public School 1.8km away and we needed temporary affordable accommodation for 2-3 years. The ready to move status of NeoHills was plus factor. The kids play area keeps our 6-year-old engaged after school hours. Chess and indoor games amenities are very nice.
