• Pratik Sawant: When I visited the property yesterday, I especially checked the balcony space. Sometimes the balconies are too small to use. Here, it looked functional enough for daily use.
• Saurabh Kadam: All necessities are available nearby, but there are not many restaurants, cafes, or hangout spots nearby. You will have to travel a bit for that.
• Urvi Thakur: I was doubtful about how much natural light the flats will get, especially the lower floors. But the window size is pretty big, and the space between buildings is also well planned. So, it does not feel closed or dark.
• Ankita More: I wanted a well-connected property as I have 2 kids. First, I thought this project was a little isolated, but after the visit, I saw that the internal planning covers most of the daily needs. Even schools are located nearby. I found it very satisfactory.
• Nishtha Deshpande: The area feels slightly cut-off and isolated from the city, as it's still developing. Even though it also means a peaceful environment and fewer crowds. It depends on what you prefer. Other than that, the project looks like a good investment.
