  I need to travel on the Western line and Central line. Dadar is one of the very few stations in Mumbai where both lines meet, and it is only 6 minutes from this project. Convinient location for me.

  I bought during pre-launch after visiting the site four times. The soil testing reports checked out, and the approvals seem genuine. I go every month to see progress, and honestly, the foundation work is solid. The sales team is really responsive and answers all my queries patiently. The plot location is excellent, not too interior and well connected to the main road. I researched the builder, and their previous project was completed on time, which gave me confidence. Price appreciation is already showing good signs. The sample flat they showed had decent finishes and the floor plans are practical for families.

  I live two streets away, so I see this project daily. Construction happens mostly during the daytime which is better than some sites that work till 10 pm. The structure is coming up steadily, not super fast but not stalled either. Worker safety seems okay, I see helmets and barriers. They work even on some Sundays, which shows seriousness. The foundation digging took forever but now vertical work is visible. My concern is that the road leading to the project gets waterlogged in the monsoon, and nobody is fixing that.
