• Rohan Kulkarni: We visited Green Square last month and liked the 1 BHK flat. The site is close to Sanghavi Hills, so it feels calm. Construction seems to be progressing steadily, and the amenities look well planned.
• Sanjay Patil: Price is reasonable for this part of Parkwoods. Site visit was fine and the staff was helpful. Roads outside need some improvement.
• Rakesh Choughale: Good option for the budget. The location is peaceful, and the main road traffic is a bit heavy in the evening.
• Pooja Salvi: I booked a 1 BHK here. Gated security, CCTV and DG backup for common areas gave me confidence as this is my first home.
