  I work out of Mulund and needed something that wouldn't kill my commute. Centura Square is ideal. LBS Marg is a few minutes away, the Eastern Express Highway is easy to access, and Thane station is close enough that my staff using trains don't have to struggle. Even clients coming from the Mumbai side find it straightforward to reach. The connectivity here genuinely works on all fronts.

  I visited the site twice and the construction progress looks steady. My concern is that some interior specs aren't fully locked in yet, so the sales team doesn't always have clear answers when you ask specific layout questions. That gets a little frustrating when you're planning ahead. That said, the structure looks solid and they do respond when you follow up. Cautiously optimistic about how this turns out.

  The specs are genuinely solid for this price range. Grade A offices with high-speed elevators, proper power backup, CCTV on every floor, and round-the-clock security — all of that in a boutique format is hard to find in Thane at these rates. The lobby design from the renders looks sharp too. I picked up a 391 sq ft unit and feel like I got a fair deal for everything being offered here.
