Advantages

I work at Peninsula Corporate Park and with two kids it's impossible to manage long commutes. This Parel location is very short distance from my office. The kids play area and amphitheater will keep my children busy after school. My mother-in-law can use the senior citizen area too. Booked a 3 BHK last month. The 2031 timeline is far but gives us time to save properly.

Advantages

I'm a property dealer myself and Sewri area is changing rapidly with all the infrastructure coming up. The Mumbai Trans Harbour Link and Eastern Freeway connections will increase property values here. Sattva is a Bangalore based builder but their track record is solid. Bought a 2BHK purely for flipping it later. The Atal Setu view adds premium to resale value.
