Society maintenance and density is a slight concern since the land parcel is compact, but overall decent investment. Sion Panvel Hway is close by, which makes it super convenient.

Area is developing fast but still some internal roads and traffic management issues during peak hours. But, it is well connected to all areas. Nearby industrial areas create havoc and traffic, but the residential lanes are clean, well maintained, and houses sophisticated people.
