Advantages

Booked a 2BHK here mainly because of the connectivity to Eastern Express Highway and BKC. The pricing is attractive compared to Chembur and Sion. Construction is progressing but feels slower. The amenities like the rooftop pool and cricket turf are great for children. Waiting to see how the retail spaces turn out once completed.
