  I rented a house in Bandra for seven years. I always wanted to shift in Mahim where I spent my childhood. This location is very great, mahim beach is also very close.

  Visited last weekend and Sitladevi Metro Station being 350m away is super convenient but parking might be tight during weekends.

  Went to see the sample flat yesterday and honestly it looks quite good. The finishes are decent quality and layout is well planned without space wastage. The sample flat that we saw was amazing and very spacious. The terrace amenities are great as well! They have sky jogging track and bar lounge looked impressive in the display models. We're seriously considering the 3BHK now. Will visit one more time for the final decision.
