Even though it's under construction, the layout plan shows a lot of open spaces and greenery, which is rare to find in such a central part of South Kolkata.

The connectivity is what sold me. It's a great spot for IT professionals who want to stay connected to the city, as it's near the metro station, but there’s some traffic issues sometimes during evening rush hours near Ruby crossing.
