  My family and myself visited the project, and the structure feels solid with wide deck spaces and good ventilation in the sample layouts. The neighbourhood is also well connected to Karve Road and Paud Road and has hospitals and a metro within reach. There’s still dust and construction noise around, which will not be there once possession is taken.

Being under construction, the site is busy, and it is hard to picture the final greenery around yet; the overall planning is very thoughtful.
