• Harsh Agrawal: All 3 BHK and 4 BHK flats are well-designed and spacious. They also offer good views of the Mumbai skyline and the Arabian Sea.
• Mahesh Lodhi: Recently booked a flat here. The amenities are nicely planned, and the overall project is excellent, along with Olympic-length lap pool, rooftop infinity pool, indoor pools, and 24/7 security system.
• Laxman Reddy: We moved here mainly for our kids, and the locality is safe and quite convenient. Schools, hospitals, and daily shops are all nearby. The society also has open spaces and play areas. It is a well-planned project.
• Mohit Deshpande: What made me choose Evoq was the bare shell concept. I could work with my own architect and designer. The structure is ready so I could plan everything properly. They gave good flexibility with internal changes. My home theater and walk-in wardrobe ideas worked out perfectly. The process took time and extra budget but it was worth it.
• Aditi Rane: We needed space for our parents and two teenage sons. The 4BHK here is spacious and good cross ventilation from sides. Lodha International School is right inside the complex which is perfect for my kids. The senior citizen amenities like lifts and ramps are thoughtfully planned. Hospital options are also nearby. Just wish the pricing was slightly more affordable for families like ours, otherwise 10 on 10 project.
