• Rohan Desai: The connectivity here is genuinely hard to beat, walking distance from Lower Parel station, quick access to the expressway, and if you're heading to BKC, it's a clean shot via Tulsi Pipe Road.
• Sunetra Pillai: I've worked out of a few commercial buildings in Mumbai, and this one is in a different league. The floor plates are wide, column-free, and get great natural light. The only thing I'd flag is that the traffic can get a bit chaotic during peak hours.
• Arvind Thadani: The ground-floor cafe, Mag St., has become my unofficial second office. Good coffee, decent seating, and the kind of vibe that makes a 9 AM meeting feel less painful. The fine dining options nearby within the development are a bonus.
• Ketan Mehta: The fact that this building runs entirely on renewable energy isn't just a talking point, you actually feel it in how the building is designed. Less heat, better air quality indoors, and a general sense that something has been thought through beyond just aesthetics.
