Advantages

The Roman theme looks very classy, and the 10-acre land parcel is quite huge. I am happy with the clubhouse size, but I hope the Manjri road traffic improves by the time we get possession in 2029.

I visited the site last week, and the sample flat is very beautiful. The construction quality seems solid for a new launch, but I hope they manage the visitor parking better than other projects in this area.
