YTT Group was established in 1963 in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. It was first known as OP Chains and began as the only manufacturer of Silver Chains in the Northern India region. Since then, YTT Group has worked on delivering quality and performance. The group entered the real estate market in 2010 and soon after emerged as a significant player in the real estate market. It stood tall with a track record of sustained growth, customer satisfaction, and innovation. The group has developed over 5 million square feet of residential, commercial and hospitality spaces. It has served more than 5000 families. YTT Group has a decent regional presence across multiple cities in Northern India, including Agra, Faridabad, Bahadurgarh, and Lucknow. The projects delivered in Lucknow are YTT Timeless and Life and Joy, while in Agra, the group has delivered Anthem, Anthela & Anthela Street (a mixed-use development featuring apartments and retail commercial shops), Tulip Paradise & Green Paradise, and Kailash Residency. In Faridabad, the group has delivered Floridaa and Florida Signature, while in Bahadurgarh, the project Royal Green Homes is under development.
