SILA Group

SILA Group was established in April 2010 by Sahil Vora and Rushabh Vora and is currently an integrated real estate and business services platform. The company started as a company that provided service management and by December 2019, went into real estate development with Samara Capital Group. SILA currently undertakes luxury housing projects in South Mumbai, and commercial projects throughout the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). The company's gross development value (GDV) is currently about 3,000 crore and it has over 1 million sq. ft. under development. SILA has initiated some ground-breaking projects like 30 Little Gibbs at Malabar Hill, but has not officially announced the number of projects completed and the total developed area. In addition to development, SILA has established its footprint in more than 125+ cities across India such as Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Noida, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Bhubaneshwar, Kochi, Kolkata, Gurugram and Navi Mumbai. The company, however, doesn't mention any awards for its business on the official website, but its founder Sahil Vora was included in the list of 35 under 35' entrepreneurs by Entrepreneur India in 2018, highlighting the business's leadership and increasing fame in the Indian real estate market.
