Rajhans Realty is the real estate division of Rajhans Group, established in 1987 by Mr Jayesh B. Desai and Mr Shivlal Jain. The parent group started its journey in 1996 in Surat, while Rajhans Infracon, which operates as Rajhans Realty, was established in 2010. The developer builds residential, commercial, leisure, industrial and logistics projects across Gujarat and Maharashtra. In the coming years, Rajhans Realty aims to expand into states such as Haryana, Karnataka, Delhi, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan while continuing to develop projects across India. Over the years, Rajhans Realty has delivered nearly 30 million sq. ft. of development and completed several landmark projects. Some of its known developments include Rajhans Elita, Rajhans Ornate, Rajhans Golf Link and Rajhans Silvana. The company has received awards such as the CREDAI Award for Best Residential Apartment Lifestyle, the CNBC Awaaz Real Estate Award, and the Brands Academy Award for Fastest Growing Real Estate Developer of the Year in Gujarat.
