DTC Group was established in 1984 and branched out into several other industries, notably in real estate and infrastructure. Headquartered in Kolkata, the group has rapidly emerged as a prominent real estate developer with large-scale developments across significant micro-markets in Kolkata. DTC Group has delivered approximately 20 lakh sq. ft. of residential and retail spaces. It has delivered 1,600 homes to families. The group is set to deliver over 60 lakh sq. ft., approximately 4,000 homes, of which 2,00 homes will be delivered in 2027 and 1,500 homes by 2029.
