Advantages

The low-rise G+6 design is the best part. Unlike congested high-rises, it feels very open and airy. The 10 acres of tropical gardens are perfect for my morning walks, and the Spanish architecture gives the whole place a very premium, vacation-like vibe right in the middle of the city.

Living here is so convenient because everything is nearby. My kids go to Velammal, which is just a few minutes away, and we have a creche right inside the complex. The security is top-notch, and the clubhouse facilities, especially the rooftop pool, are well-maintained.
