• Rishikesh Sule: The project is spread across a 15-acre land parcel. The brochure also mentions promising amenities such as a yoga area, jogging track, multipurpose court, rooftop garden, and swimming pool.

• Pankaj Goj: My office shifted from Thane to offices near Powai last year and my old Kalyan flat commute became impossible daily. This Bhandup location is much better positioned - Powai is just nearby. The upcoming Goregaon Mulund Link Road will make travel even faster. Eastern Express Highway access through LBS Road is there. Neptune Magnet Mall is walking distance for shopping. Booked 1BHK here for an easier life.

The permissions, documents,RERA registration are properly displayed. The specifications show oil-bound distemper paint and ceramic tiles. Power backup is included which is important. That gave us confidence to book a 1BHK here without worrying too much.
• Amey Patkar: The amenities here are actually decent. They showed me spaces for the clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, jogging track etc.. My wife liked the landscape garden and party lawn they've planned. Most budget projects don't give these facilities. The CCTV surveillance is good for security. Looking forward to book a flat here.
