  Living here is very comfortable because you don't have to travel far for anything. Whether it is shopping at the mall or taking the kids to the Police Ground to play, everything is under 10-15 minutes. The LBS Marg is also nearby, which makes it easy to go towards Thane or Powai for meetings. The complex is very clean, and the staff is polite. It is a bit more expensive than other buildings in the area, but the facilities and the location justify the price.
